PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED:
The Yearbook Committee is looking for an energetic Pre-K mom to
help photograph all the Pre K events this school year. Please
contact Annie Martinez in the office if you are interested in
this commitment.

Grade Yearbook Dedications Information (Download)
Dedication information along with the Montage board required to
be used for your page, went home in your blue folders, Friday,
September 2. Additional montage boards for friends pages can
be obtained from Mrs. Thuijs in the main office.
Sports Photos:
Team Parents-Your coaches will advise that either team parents
or an assigned parent needs to capture sports pictures for the
yearbook. All photos should be submitted on a CD to the front
office at the end of your season. For the spring sports, which
approach the yearbook deadline, please submit photos right after
your first games. A yearbook representative will capture some
candid shots at the team photo sessions, but action shots are
needed from you! Pages not filled by your team, will be filled
with another sport, so please plan accordingly!
PHOTOS NEEDED:
The Committee welcomes all photos and asks that you submit full
resolution (not to exceed 10MB) on a CD disc, flashdrive or
other portable device to the office for consideration. All
media should have your family name and grade of oldest child so
we can return the devices to you. The Committee is no longer
accepting emailed photos, since the loss of resolution makes
these photos dark and not crisp/sharp. Any suggestions for the
Committee can be emailed to

Due Dates for submitting pictures:
Pictures for events occurring from August -December 2011, should
be submitted for yearbook consideration by January 9, 2012.
Photos from January-late February 2012, should be submitted by
March 1, 2012. No other photos can be accepted after these
dates, due to our publishing deadlines with Lifetouch Yearbooks.
